You may have noticed some changes happening in IDS. At our AGM in March, we changed our name to the TUU Computing Society, or TUCS. We’re having several launch events next week to help kick off the new society… we hope you can join us:
Friday, May 2, 1 PM.
TUCS Tech Talk: Introductory Python
Speaker: Chris Neugebauer
Venue: Seminar Room, Level 4, Centenary Building
In this talk, we’ll demonstrate how to program in Python, a powerful, general purpose programming language, which is easy to learn, makes it easy to solve all sorts of practical problems, with an emphasis on making programming fun.
