[Uwh-announce] Volunteers for Nationals - We need more !!

Hi All,

Only one week to go until the Nationals kick off  (flick off ?).  Many, many thanks to those who have already volunteered for the various jobs. I've attached the latest version of the volunteers roster and you will see there are still lots of "???" where we still need volunteers across the first fours days of the 5 day comp.   We'll work out volunteers for the 26th (Grand Finals and Play-off Finals) closer to that date. It's for  the other 4 days where I'm seeking extra volunteers right now.

"Timer/Score" is obvious

"IWC"  =  In-water camera.

"DVD" =  person in charge of DVD production which will occur in the room adjacent to our championships  Office (one of the meeting rooms up near dive pool). 

"Office" = person who persons the Office and answers any queries, deals with DVD purchases, prints out daily schedules, etc. etc.

If you have some time available on any of those days and can nominate for any of those "???" spots, please drop me a line.  
We will provide tuition for how to operate the timer and tell you everything you need to know re the timing rules. There will be a well qualified Deck Ref on for every game who will be giving the Timers/Scorers instruction.

In-water camera work is fun and allows you to experience the action underwater. Again we will provide tuition on what to do. The important thing is to be able to hold the camera steady and not pan too quickly, but it's not that hard.

PS.  Volunteers will get a free Nationals T-shirt and there will also be some food and drink provided for volunteers during the days of the comp. And we'll be having a Volunteers Thank You BBQ at some stage, soon after the Championships.
