[Uwh-announce] final arrangements for Launceston trip

The following people are heading up to Launceston for the Saturday 
event. If you find yourself travelling up alone consider asking for a 
lift in another car that is not full. Pete Van der Woude still has 
room as far as I know and I can hook you up if you e-mail me. There 
is a general move to meet at Nick Martin's place at 8.30 to get up 
there in good time for the 11.15 start; Nick MAY have a 12 seater bus 
organised; otherwise it will be a general car pool from there. But 
feel free to leave from where ever you want to. If you have made a 
late decision to come up (or pull out) that's fine, but please let me 
know for planning purposes.

PS Keep your petrol receipts in case the committee makes a 
retrospective decision to reimburse petrol costs.
PPS To assist with decision making, remember that next week there is 
less available court time for hockey in Hobart: Thursday is a public holiday.
