[Uwh-announce] ATTN: Raffle ticket sellers

Hi All Raffle Ticket Sellers (i.e. all those who have kindly helped out with selling of End-of-Year Raffle tickets),

We need to have your ticket-book stubs and monies, preferably by end of Friday at the latest, as the draw of the raffle will be done at the Xmas BBQ on Sunday.
If you are not coming to the pool on Wed night but are coming to the BBQ, you could bring the ticket stubs and monies along then. BUT IF YOU FORGET TO BRING THE TICKET STUBS (which have the all important details of each ticket buyer) WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DRAW THE RAFFLE and a riot could break out.  So, ideally we'd like to have those stubs and monies from you before the weekend.

Please send me or Jason Whelan ( jas.ang at bigpond.com<mailto:jas.ang at bigpond.com> ) an email to let us know how & when you will be returning those stubs and monies to us.

PS. If anyone is reading this and has not yet bought a raffle ticket, it's not too late. Tickets on sale at the pool tomorrow night and at the BBQ on Sunday.  Excellent prizes !! Only $2 per ticket.  All funds raised go to assisting operations and equipment purchases for your Association.
