TUCS POINTS SCHEME
Congratulations to the 2008 TUCS Points Scheme winners! TUCS Points Scheme will return in 2009.
Accrue TUCS POINTS SCHEME Points by attending events for the chance to win a prize at the end of semester!
Beginning Semester 2 TUCS members are assigned TUCS member number labels (in geeky hex) to affix to their student card (or anywhere). By turning up to TUCS events (barbecues, tech talks and LANs), and by participating at events (e.g. winning organised game at LANs) you earn TUCS POINTS SCHEME Points.
At the end of semester 2 every point will become an entry into a raffle for the prizes listed below. The person with the most points will be awarded the <INSERT NAMING RIGHTS SPONSOR> TUCS POINTS SCHEME Perpetual Trophy.
- 1st Prize: An INCREDIBLE Apple 8GB iPod Nano, engraved with This Was a Triumph along with TUCS and AUC insignia as a constant reminder of your winning our AMAZING event, donated by our WONDERFUL sponsors, the Australian Apple University Consortium (thanks to Tony Gray).
- 2nd Prize: NOTHING!!!! ™
- 3rd Prize: BACON!!! MMM!!!! BACON!!!!!.
The date of the draw will be announced closer to the end of semester, and the prizes are subject to change. There will always be bacon, however.
